Students and refugees meet at the cooking pot

This book is more than a culinary journey through twelve different countries. It is also about peaceful encounters and intercultural exchange. Cooking together opened the dialogue between refugees and students who cooperated in this project. Besides the delicious recipes, this book also includes articles about various countries and general information about the situation of refugees in Germany. The project is based on the pedagogic approach of Intercultural Service Learning.
